    Tidal Shawl

I love the yarn and how light it is, and the pattern is super cute. I wish that I understood that I was starting at the top and working down to the point in back, I might have made different color choices as to what my A,B,C colors would be. Maybe on the pattern you could show what colors were used in the example so that it was more clear.

Beautiful pattern and colors. I would make it again. I came *very* close to having enough color C, but bought another skein and used a small amount of it. My only real problem was that after I washed the shawl and laid it out to block, I discovered that the yarn had broken in one place and made a hole. It was close to an edge and I didn't have much yarn there to work with, so the repair shows.

    For Your Knitting Meditation Time

This was the perfect project for these crazy locked down pandemic times. The color switch and light lace kept it engaging, but the simple stockinette meant it was nice and relaxing. I was a little short on Color C, but that might have been my gauge. It still looks great. I love the Holst Yarn, it's the perfect weight summer nights. Overall, a great simple project for when Knitting is your meditation.
