Designer Nessa Stockard took one of her popular Little Friends, and made it BIG! The Big Little Polar Bear Friend is a toy your child can grow with, and on super-bulky yarn, it's a lot quicker to knit! Each Big Little Polar Bear Friend Kit includes:

• Woolstok North by Blue Sky Fibers (107 yds, 150 g per skein): Highland Fleece (2 skeins); Thermal Spring (1 skein); Cast Iron (2 yds)
• Filling: 260 g Carded Lambswool Fiber
Though the yarn is super bulky weight, you want a dense fabric for the bear, so you'll use smaller needles than you normally would for this yarn. You need US 8 (5 mm) double pointed needles, and opt. US 8 (5 mm) 16" circular needle for sweater.
Finished Big Little Polar Bear Friend is approx. 18–20" tall.
