Shipping + Returns


Domestic shipping rates:
For orders $0–24.99, shipping is $5
For orders $25–99.99, shipping is $10
For orders $100 and above, shipping is FREE

International shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, generally within 1-2 business days. You'll receive confirmation with tracking info when your order ships.

The Yarnery offers in-store and curbside pickup, available during regular store hours, at 493 Selby Avenue. When placing your order, choose Pick Up at checkout. Watch for email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup — we do our best to have orders ready within 24 hours, and will reach out if there are issues. During store hours, you may pick up your order at the checkout counter, or call 651-222-5793 if you'd like us to meet you outside.


We accept returns for refund on yarn and accessories with receipt for 30 days from date of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds on purchases made by credit card will be refunded to same credit card. 

We accept returns for store credit on yarn and accessories with receipt for 31-90 days from date of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. 

No refunds or exchanges on items after 90 days.

SPECIAL ORDERS may be exchanged or returned for store credit only, within 30 days.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged in shipping, defective, or shipped in error. Contact us before shipping any returns.
