Returns

We accept returns for refund on regular price yarn and accessories with receipt for 30 days from date of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds on purchases made by credit card will be refunded to same credit card. Products from some sales and discounts may not be eligible for return.

We accept returns for store credit on yarn and accessories with receipt for 31-90 days from date of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. 

No refunds or exchanges on items after 90 days.

SPECIAL ORDERS may be exchanged or returned for store credit only, within 30 days.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged in shipping, defective, or shipped in error. Email info@yarnery.com before shipping any returns.

• soaps, lotions, balms
• merchandise without a receipt
• gift cards
• sale or clearance items
