You'll Need
US 4 (3.5 mm) or US 5 (3.75 mm) 16" circular and double pointed needles, 40" circular needles if knitting in Magic Loop method. The smaller hat is knit with the smaller needles, and larger hat with larger needles at a slightly looser gauge. Stitch count is the same for both hats.
