Musselburgh-Along is part class, part social knitting, and as always, all fun. The Musselburgh Hat is an essential pattern, as far as we're concerned. You can use any weight yarn, the pattern is designed to fully use a skein, the finished hat is reversible, and it handles the pooling of variegated yarn particularly well. The pattern is a favorite for gift-knitting, so this workshop is particularly well-timed!

The hat can be a bit tricky to start, and to finish, and in between it's quick, non-thinking fun. That's why we've designed this hybrid class/event — we'll talk about gauge and yarn considerations, help you get started, chat and enjoy knitting, and then be there for the finish. We'll also talk about other Ysolda Teague patterns to consider — YT is one of the best designers working today. We're taking advantage of our large classroom to allow plenty to participate, and supplying two instructors so everyone gets the help they need.
