Palm Springs Cowl Kits include a warm pastel paired with a mellow neutral. You decide if you want the pastel or the neutral as your dominant color. You'll hold one strand of Supersoft with a strand of Midnatssol together for each color. The resulting fabric is plush and warm without being heavy, perfect whether you live in the Palm Springs desert or the snowy north woods!
If you're new to knitting two colors at a time, Kacey's is one of the most thoughtfully prepared patterns we've seen. The pattern offers clear instructions and helpful hints. The instructions are both written out and charted, and Kacey even includes two versions of the chart, depending on whether you have a dark or light dominant color.

The Palm Springs Cowl Kit includes 2 skeins of Midnatssol and 2 skeins of Supersoft. You'll hold one of each together to knit at the gauge required. You may find it helpful to wind the two like-colored yarns together into one ball, so that you're dealing with two total balls rather than four (the yarn comes in cakes that are otherwise ready to knit).
